My name is Lisa and I am a 43 year old mum of 3 wonderful children. I am a Director of a Motorbike Training School based in my hometown of Manchester and in my spare time (not that I have very much), I love nothing better than to paint in my Art Studio.
My inspiration comes from a very special lady in my life. Donna Gee is my 69 year old Aunt. She lives in Spain and suffers with Parkinsons Disease. Unable to do very much due to the constant tremors, she was encouraged to join a local painting group. She uses her "wrong hand" to paint with as the tremors are not quite as severe, and she has produced incredible paintings. She brought one home to me last year and encouraged me to have a go...... and the rest is history.
I particularly like crazy, funky, weird art. Anything abstract and wacky. I have often scoured the shops and galleries for that one exciting piece that grabs me but as yet have never found it. Until I started painting that is. Now my home has exactly the art I love hanging on several walls and visitors often comment how they have the "WOW FACTOR".
So I hope you enjoy my hand-painted Canvases as much as I enjoyed designing them. I will be adding new designs all the time so keep coming back for a browse. All prices are stated under each picture.
